Privacy policy
We collect the little we need to run an early-access list and, if you become a founding user, to take a one-time payment. We never sell your data, and we share it only where a payment needs processing.

What we collect
- The email address you submit, and the optional free-text answer about your test bench.
- If you buy founding access: your name and payment details, processed by SumUp — we never see or store your card number.
- Basic technical data (IP address, browser) in server logs.
Why
- To run the early-access waitlist and send you product updates.
- To take and, if needed, refund founding-access payments.
Legal basis
Your consent for the waitlist (which you can withdraw at any time), and performance of a contract for founding-access payments — under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share it only with SumUp, our payment provider, to process founding-access payments. Otherwise, only ADNT Sàrl handles it.
How long we keep it
Waitlist data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Payment and order records: as long as Swiss accounting law requires (10 years).
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or object to processing — just email hello@nought.ch. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or, in the EU, your local data-protection authority.

This site uses no analytics and sets no tracking cookies.
International transfers
Your payment data is processed by SumUp under its own data-protection terms; where it processes data outside Switzerland or the EU, appropriate safeguards apply.
